General Terms and Conditions (GTC) of Chiefginpomade
(2) Deviating terms and conditions of the customer will not be recognized unless the Seller expressly agrees to their validity.
(3) Customers within the meaning of these GTC are both consumers (§ 13 BGB) and entrepreneurs (§ 14 BGB).
(2) By submitting the order, the customer makes a binding offer to purchase the products in the shopping cart. The Seller accepts the offer either by sending an order confirmation via email or by dispatching the goods.

(2) Consequences of Withdrawal If the customer withdraws from the contract, the Seller will refund the purchase price minus the shipping costs within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notice. The refund will be processed using the same payment method as the original transaction.
The customer bears the direct costs of returning the goods.
